The absence of hotel information in the room left me fumbling for basic details. instead, I just found menus. I also noticed a missing toilet roll holder, which made for a slightly awkward restroom experience. On top of that, my towel vanished during cleaning, which isn’t exactly a confidence booster. Lastly, the light switch in the bathroom was awkward to use in the dark, making nighttime trips a bit clumsy.

Everything! The food was top notch and I was impressed by the attentive staff, they really made us feel welcome. One surprise was the room upgrade, had to bring my dog along and they even had a little bed and treats for him.
